Walk- in Appointments Suspended Posted on 3 May 2022

Patient Notice:

Woodend Health Centre has made the decision to suspend the walk-in appointments due the the outbreak of Coronaviris. This is for the safety of both staff and patients. The Surgery will be introuducing our Telephone Triage service.

Patients who need to see a GP will telephone the surgery as normal, but will be offered a telephone triage call back by the GP. If the GP needs to ss the patient face 2 face  a date and time will be given to the patient and all guidance will be followed to prevent the spread of Coronavirus

We hope you will assist the practice with this new way of working for the time being.
