The Government has announced that the public no longer have to mandatory wear face coverings. It has been suggested though that the public continue to wear face coverings in "enclosed or crowded spaces" as a recommendation as it is an effective way of preventing the spread of Covid-19.
Patients and visitors to General Practice are to continue to wear face coverings when entering GP Practices. There is no immediate change to Infection prevention and control, as this is still an effective way to protect patients and staff.
